St Albans City & District Council - Energy Efficiency Improvements as part of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund

We were appointed as Principal Designer for this scheme under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, taking the lead in shaping a safe, well‑coordinated and fully compliant project from the outset. Our responsibilities included preparing the Pre‑Construction Plan, reviewing the Construction Phase Plan and all associated Health & Safety documentation, and ensuring every element met regulatory requirements. Throughout the build, we carried out weekly site audits, monitoring key health, safety, environmental and quality objectives to keep the project running safely and to the highest standard.
