St Albans City & District Council - Energy Efficiency Improvements as part of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund

We were given the opportunity to act as Principal Designer for this project, as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, to enable the safe delivery and management of the project. As part of the role, we prepared the Pre Construction Plan, reviewed contractors Construction Phase Plan and Health and Safety documentation to ensure compliance, undertook weekly audits on key health, safety, environmental and quality objectives.
