DNA Compliance Supports Major Industrial Refurbishment Programme for Peer Group

DNA Compliance has played a key role in the refurbishment and modernisation of a series of industrial units at the Mace Industrial Estate in Ashford, delivering essential safety and compliance oversight throughout the project. Appointed to support Peer Group in bringing the estate up to modern standards, the team helped ensure the works were carried out safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with regulatory requirements.

As part of the project, DNA Compliance prepared the full Pre‑Construction Plan, setting out the safety, coordination, and management expectations for the refurbishment works. The team also undertook a detailed review of the contractors’ Construction Phase Plan and all associated Health & Safety documentation, ensuring that every element met the standards required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.

Throughout the programme, DNA Compliance carried out monthly site audits, monitoring compliance across health, safety, environmental, and quality objectives. These structured inspections provided Peer Group with clear, practical guidance at each stage of the refurbishment, helping maintain safe working practices and supporting smooth project progression.

The refurbishment marks a significant upgrade for the Mace Industrial Estate, improving functionality, safety, and long‑term usability for future tenants.
