This project focused on the refurbishment and modernisation of a series of industrial units, bringing them up to current standards and improving their overall functionality. We supported the client by preparing the full Pre‑Construction Plan, reviewing the contractors’ Construction Phase Plan and all associated Health & Safety documentation to ensure everything met regulatory requirements. Throughout the programme, we carried out monthly site audits, monitoring compliance and providing clear guidance to keep the project progressing safely and efficiently.
