Who we are
Simon Gates CertIOSH, MCIOB, MCIArb Retrofit Coordinator Director
Simon has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and health and safety compliance. DNA Safety Solutions was set up in West Oxfordshire in 2021, before then rebranding as DNA Compliance in 2026, which specialises in compliance and health and safety consultancy that continues to grow year-on-year.
Ruby Gates BA (Hons) Graphic Design Administration Assistant
Ruby is experienced in general office management and she also deals with the company accounts and invoicing. Ruby is always keen to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible and so makes sure everything runs smoothly. She maintains and updates the website as and when its needed.
