Construction of new extension and alteration to existing house for Flint Property Group

This project involved creating a high‑quality extension and transforming the existing home in the heart of the Cotswolds. We supported the client throughout the build by preparing the full Construction Phase Plan, producing all site‑specific Health & Safety documentation — including RAMS and COSHH assessments — and carrying out structured monthly site audits to keep the project on track and compliant. We also delivered toolbox talks to the site team, ensuring everyone understood the risks, controls and safe working practices required at each stage of the build.
